So how do you get loose? Here are some thoughts for you to ponder...
With landing Hard and getting back Up.
Ask any accomplished equestrian, ball player, skier, Thespian - "How did you get so damn Good?!"
They are gonna tell you for sure, that learning to Fall (even to fall Big!) is an important part of the equation.
The more ups and Downs you have under your belt, the less fear you will have...the more tricks and tries you will have to play with. You will have more confidence in your Strengths. You will know what you need to work on.
You will Improve, you will have more Choices, you will have more Fun...and, you will be totally comfortable getting Loose! Man! I feel Better already!
